Shipping Domestic

Thank you for visiting Grand Harvest Candle Co., the following is our terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are expecting a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping International

Unfortunately we do not ship outside of the United States.

Returns

No refunds only exchanges. To be eligible for an exchange, the product(s) must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you within 3-5 business days that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you on the status of your Exchange after inspection.

If your item was damaged in transit we will replace it for free with proof of pictures that will be emailed to grandharvestcandleco@gmail.com
